This privacy policy describes how Day'n'Do collects, uses and protects the personal data of users of the application and website, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We collect the data you provide directly (name, email address, password, profile picture, content posted in your groups: events, polls, messages, wishlists, photos) as well as technical data related to app usage (session identifiers, language preference).
Your data is used to provide and improve the service (managing groups, events, polls, notifications), secure your account, process subscription payments, and, for free-tier users, display advertising that helps fund the service.
Your payment data is processed exclusively by our provider, Stripe. Free-tier users may see ads served by Google (AdSense/AdMob), which may use advertising identifiers in accordance with its own privacy policy. We do not sell any personal data to third parties.
The site uses a technical cookie to remember your preferred language and a session cookie required for the site to function. With your consent (collected via our cookie banner), we also use Google Analytics for audience measurement, and may use advertising cookies (Google AdSense) once these are enabled. Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, as well as a right to object. You can exercise these rights via our contact form. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr) or your local data protection authority.
You can delete your account and all associated data (profile, posted content, messages) directly and immediately from the app, under Profile > Edit profile > Delete my account. If you no longer have access to the app, you can also request deletion via our contact form, and we'll process your request as soon as possible.
